RAISED ACCESS FLOORING PREMIUM
DESCRIPTION :
Plastic RAF PREMIUM are used in the traffic-able and non-traffic-able flat roofs, in order to reach the desired final level and to remove the slope differences. The purpose here is to make the top coat flooring without placing a protection alum on the insulation. And to establish a consistent drainage system by means of the open joint gaps of the floor cover. At the same time, these RAF PREMIUM establishing a system, which is open to interference any time, are also quite durable with their min. bearing capacity of 1000 kg
Tile pavement or Lath pavement is possible with either placing auxiliary equipment’s or joint strips/carcass assembly equipment’s on top RAF PREMIUM unit’s holes and adjustable gaps. Code: HEAD
Coupler must be used when system is longer than 180 mm. These auxiliary parts can be applied more than one at the same unit. Electrical lines and water lines can be attached easily on the units. This system gives technical benefits and clear transportation. Code: T-C
Extruding lock is usually used in high grades. This equipment avoids adjustment corruptions caused by long run vibrations.Code T-L
There is no need to stabilize the bottom RAF PREMIUM on the surface due to its broad diameter. Still there are number of gaps for making unit stable if desired. Corner and edge details have trim lines to solve distance problems. Bottom edges have bevels to give smooth touch on insulation. Code: BASE
Slope corrector, working with bottom RAF PREMIUM, avoids pressures of drain slopes on plates. Slope corrector can tolerate an degree of angles. Alternatives of 1% and 2% available Code: T-SC
Made from EPDM, orthopedics floor pad can absorb vibration caused from rough surfaces.Code: T-P

RAISED ACCESS FLOORING CLEVER
DESCRIPTION :
Plastic RAF CLEVER are used in the traffic-able and non-traffic-able flat roofs, in order to reach the desired final level and to remove the slope differences. The purpose here is to make the top coat flooring without placing a protection alum on the insulation. And to establish a consistent drainage system by means of the open joint gaps of the floor cover. At the same time, these RAF CLEVER establishing a system, which is open to interference any time, are preferred in rarely used areas with their bearing capacity of 500 kg.
Movable head feature eliminates the flooring problems up to 7% slope degrees, which comes from the ground. Code: C-SLH
C-SLB creates a proper form for the C-SLH, in order to let C-SLH piece to move. Herewith, C-SLH ensures a flat floor up to 7% slope degrees Code C-SLB
Tile pavement or Lath pavement is possible with either placing auxiliary equipments or joint strips/carcass assembly equipment on top RAF CLEVER unit’s holes and adjustable gaps.Code: HEAD
Head and Base or C-C can be inserted with millimeter precision via C-SR Code C-SR
Coupler must be used when system is longer than 181 mm. These auxiliary parts can be ap- plied more than one at the same unit. Code: C-C
There is no need to stabilize the bottom RAF CLEVER on the surface due to its broad diameter. Still there are number of gaps for making unit stable if desired. Code: BASE

CONCRISE
DESCRIPTION :
IT is a plastic elevated flooring system used to reach the desired final level. With it‘s dome-shaped form and 125 mm diameter columns. This module flooring systems achieves high load carrying capacity on the ground, thereby minimizing the fill load on building floors and hard landscapes in the basic fillings. CONCRISE is a plastic elevated flooring system utilized under the main flooring system to create void space. The system can be used in millimeters at variable heights between 16 cm and 250 cm.
BENEFITS
- CONCRISE System can support heavy vehicles with high load carrying capacity.
- Sound and heat insulation is provided by the void space under the Module System.
- CONCRISE System allows savings, especially in terms of transport and installation, compared to the use of traditional inert materials.
- Up to 80% faster installation, when compared to traditional inert materials systems
- Single pour. CONCRISE Systems makes it possible to pour the crawl space slabs and foundation beams at the same time
- The system can be used to construct a reinforced concrete structure that permits uniform stress distribution over all the surface area, which produces excellent static and dynamic load-bearing capacity Easy and fast installation, no need for specially trained personnel
- The void space created under CONCRISE System allows easy installation and access to electrical and mechanical systems
- The void space is perfect for ventilating dampness and radon gas away from the building
- Made from recyclable polypropylene (PP), a chemically inert material, neutral to the environment and non-pollutant when in contact with soil or water.

SYSTEM Description
- Make sure that the parts are perfectly joined. They should form an even surface, without any split between the elements Vertically connect the feet
- Always check that the stands of CONCRISE are correctly joined.
- The final assembled configuration must look like the picture: all the feet must be firmly on the ground.
- During installation always hold the parts with the arrow imprinted on the top pointing away from yourself.
- The length of CONCRISE can be adjusted according to the project requirements
- For a correct installation of the system please follow instructions
- Prepare a lean concrete base of thickness as required by the load on the foundation. The foundation reinforcement is placed above this lean concrete base.
- Prepare the parietal foundation for the pour.
- Place the ventilation tubes through the ground beam reinforcement for connection between different sections of the ground slab.
- Place all pipes and services as per design (plumbing, cables, heating, etc.).
- Place the wire mesh directly above domes; connect it with the foundation steel. The shape of CONCRISE ensures the required concrete cover. Perform a single pour of the foundation beams and the ground slab; the concrete should be adequately vibrated. For a correct pour please refer to the recommendations for use.
