DESCRIPTION:
All-metal floor expansion joint specially designed to withstand heavy loads: load handling equipment, lorries… Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. The upper cover plate can be supplied in various widths according to the expected expansion movement. Suitable for all types of applications: industrial floors, station, airports, shopping centers…
Installation:
For indoor and outdoor floor joints with a gap up to 70 mm. Suitable for heavy loads of up to 7.5 tonnes/axle and traffic of fork-lift truck on solid tires , pallet trucks and vehicles on pneumatic tires.
FINISHES AND SPECIAL PIECES:
This joint is available with galvanized steel or stainless steel side angle sections, and galvanized steel, brass or 304 or 316 stainless steel cover plate. The two side angle sections can be fastened mechanically (type F) or embedded in the concrete floor (type S).
COMPOSING:
Section length of 6 m. Factory supply in lengths of 2 m, 3 m or 4 m as option. Galvanized steel or stainless steel side angle sections. Galvanized steel, stainless steel or brass cover plate.

DESCRIPTION:
All-metal floor expansion joint specially designed to withstand extremely heavy loads: load handling equipment, lorries… Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. The top cover plate with the comb shape and the central support plate can be supplied in hardened steel or in stainless steel, depending on the strength required and the working environment. Suitable for all types of applications: industrial floors, station, airports, shopping centers…
Installation:
For indoor and outdoor floor joints with a gap up to 100 mm. Suitable for heavy loads of up to 19 tonnes/axle and traffic of fork-lift truck on solid tires , HGV, pallet trucks and other vehicles on pneumatic tires.
FINISHES AND SPECIAL PIECES:
Available in hardened steel or stainless steel. The standard joint has a section with a central flange for alignment; the STF60-L type has a stainless steel central support, with a more limited gap width and movement range. The mounting of this product is is essential; please enquirer regarding about the relevant technical instructions.

All-aluminium seismic floor expansion joint for indoor and outdoor applications. The two aluminium inner components slide one into the other, which takes up any movement due to expansion and contraction. Interchangeable upper components made of aluminium, with the option of a nitrile strip for leveling. Suitable for all types of finish: concrete, screed, tiling, etc.
Installation:
For indoor and outdoor floor joints with a gap up to 340 mm. Suitable for intense traffic of pedestrians and light trolleys (airport, supermarkets…), as well as traffic of light vehicles.
FINISHES AND SPECIAL PIECES:
Floor-to-floor and floor-to-wall types. Anti-slip ribbed surface. This product is supplied ready to install, with spacers that must be removed after installation on the floor. Special parts on demand (T, X, L…).
COMPOSING:
Floor-to-floor type, and floor-to-wall type with exposed skirting (type A) and hidden skirting (type AV). Ribbed anti-slip surface. Nitrile strip for leveling as option. Special finish with anti-slip nitrile inserts on request. Special parts on demand (T, X, L…).

Installation:
The JSH 6.22 seismic expansion joint and fire stop expansion joint can be used for indoor and outdoor floor joints where a gap of up to 200 mm, with significant movement, is present. It is suitable for pedestrian and light trolley traffic.
FINISHES AND SPECIAL PIECES:
SPECOM’s JSH 6.22 range includes floor-to-floor (JSH 6.22) and floor-to-wall (JSH 6.22A) versions, with anti-slip ribbed surfaces. Optional waterproof membranes, with the potential to integrate a drainage system to recover liquid, are also available. Moreover, the JSH 6.22 seismic expansion joint and fire stop expansion joint range can be used in association with vertical joints that offer the same finish and movement range (type JSV 4.02 or other).
COMPOSING:
The JSH 6.22 seismic expansion joint and fire stop expansion joint comes in 3m section lengths, and features aluminium side angle sections and middle plate.

Floor-to-floor type only. The central plate takes the mortar on which the floor covering in laid. Once the floor covering is laid, the joint is practically invisible; only two stainless steel sections remain exposed.
