DESCRIPTION:
All-aluminium vertical expansion joint for facades, comprising pre-drilled aluminium side sections and an interchangeable section in the center, able to take up large multi-directional movements. A waterproof membrane is available to ensure protection against the elements. Specially suitable for quality finish requirements and for wide joints with large seismic movements.
Installation:
For vertical joints in facades with a gap up to 200 mm (larger dimensions available on request).

DESCRIPTION:
All aluminium seismic floor expansion joint for indoor and outdoor applications. The two top aluminium components slide one into the other, which takes up any movement due to expansion and contraction. Suitable for all types of finish: concrete, screed, tiling, etc.
Installation:
For indoor and outdoor floor joints with a gap up to 100 mm. Suitable for heavy traffic of fork-lift truck on pneumatic tires, pallet trucks and intense traffic of light vehicles.
FINISHES AND SPECIAL PIECES:
Floor-to-floor type, and floor-to-wall type with exposed skirting. Vapor membrane as option (for heights > 20 mm), which can be supplied as whole length to avoid joining on site. Surface finish: anti-slip ribbed (R) or plain (G). Special finish with anti-slip nitrile inserts on request (426/RS range). Special parts on demand (T, X, L…).

SPECOM’s JSH 6.22 range includes floor-to-floor (JSH 6.22) and floor-to-wall (JSH 6.22A) versions, with anti-slip ribbed surfaces. Optional waterproof membranes, with the potential to integrate a drainage system to recover liquid, are also available.
