RJ 7-02

DESCRIPTION:
This roof expansion joint cover comprises a waterproof EPDM membrane, a support system anchored to the concrete element (parapet), and an aluminium top that is clipped to the support system.
INSTALLATION:
Protection and waterproofing for expansion joints in roofs. Available for joints with a gap up to 600 mm.
FINISHES AND SPECIAL PIECES:
Flat (AWR 1 and SWR 1) and corner (AWR 2 and SWR 2) types.
COMPOSING:
Section length of 3 m. Aluminium support system and top section (type AWR); stainless steel option (type SWR) available. EPDM membrane.

The load-bearing capacity is always indicated for a joint in its initial position. In case of opening movements, the load-bearing capacity significantly reduces and the product will thus be only adapted for a light pedestrian traffic. The indicated load-bearing capacities are based on pneumatic wheels vehicles with a contact surface of 200×200 mm.

- Watertight expansion joint
- Ideal for roofs or car parks
- For joint gaps from 25 to 80 mm
DESCRIPTION:
This is a special waterproof expansion joint suitable for roofs and car parks. Very flexible, and suitable for use with hot asphalt, it is compatible with PVC, EPDM and other waterproof membranes.
INSTALLATION:
For indoor and outdoor floor joints with a gap up to 80 mm. Suitable for waterproofing, generally by meeting the waterproofing system of the construction. Not suitable on its own for vehicular traffic, it needs to be suitably protected to allow any type of traffic.
FINISHES AND SPECIAL PIECES:
Floor-to-floor type, and floor-to-wall type with exposed skirting (type E). Black sections available made of different materials according to strength requirements. Special parts can be welded using a hot knife. Special parts on demand (T, X, L…).
COMPOSING:
Flexible nitrile insert, roll length of 25 m.
