COMPRESSION PROFILES
(Joint Profiles and Pressure Laths)
Flexible shutter profiles are designed to quickly, economically and aesthetically seal vertical and horizontal, external or interior expansion joints. These profiles are the ideal solution for discreetly covering walls, facades and ceilings. For a perfect finish the flexible profiles can be glued or recessed. They are compatible with all our fire protection systems.

DESCRIPTION:
Embedded flexible seals (they can be glued) for fast and cost-effective installation in vertical and horizontal joints, either indoors or outdoors. CPR seals have a cap-shaped top section that ensures a full covering of the joint, masking any possible irregularities in the joint.
Installation:
Depending on conditions of use such as resistance to oils and bitumen, large movements at extreme temperatures, fire resistance, physiological harmlessness, the CPO and CPR profiles can be manufactured from selected raw materials according to DIN 7865, ASTM D638 and ASTM D746.
COMPOSING:
CPO and CPR compression profiles are manufactured according to the DIN 18541 standard : elongation at break >350%, excellent resistance to chemicals and to ageing, permanent elasticity equivalent to that of natural rubber.

The load-bearing capacity is always indicated for a joint in its initial position. In case of opening movements, the load-bearing capacity significantly reduces and the product will thus be only adapted for a light pedestrian traffic. The indicated load-bearing capacities are based on pneumatic wheels vehicles with a contact surface of 200×200 mm.

DESCRIPTION:
Compression profile for joint gaps from 7 to 100 mm. Embedded or glue-down installation. Standard colors: black, grey, beige. It can also be supplied in all possible RAL colors
Installation:
