The clips affixed, adhesive or folded expansion joint covers are designed to protect and conceal the facade, wall, floor and ceiling expansion joints. Aesthetic, decorative and economic they are fast and easy to install. To cover your needs, we offer expansion joint covers for facade, expansion joint covers for wall, expansion joint covers for floor and expansion joint covers for ceilings for gaps from 10 to 500 mm. There are several cover joints according to the application: no traffic, light or medium traffic use adhesive or clips affixed joint covers; for intense traffic, use drilled and countersunk extruded joint covers. Aesthetic finishes are also available.

DESCRIPTION:
Our aluminium joint covers are offered in various clip sizes to suit particular joint gaps, from 10 mm to 150 mm. They are available from stock in 3m lengths in the following widths for flat sections: 50 mm, 60 mm, 70 mm, 90 mm, 120 mm, 140 mm, 180 mm, and 210 mm, and in these widths for angle sections: 50 mm, 60 mm, 70 mm, 90 mm and 120 mm.
Installation:
The Clip affixed aluminium joint covers are used in new constructions and in refurbishment projects, indoors or outdoors, in joints from 10-mm to 150-mm wide in walls, ceilings and floors (pedestrian use). They are installed easily by means of clips (clip sizes S, L, XL and XXL). They are fully compatible with our SPEFire C fire barrier cords and beads, SPEFire N blankets and SPEFire M mattresses.
COMPOSING:
Made of 6063 T6 aluminium alloy, plain or with 15-micron anodized finish in clear color. Flat joint covers for facades, walls and ceilings have a W reference. Flat joint covers for floors have an LF reference for light duty floors, and an F reference for heavy duty floors with intense traffic of pedestrians and light trolleys up to 6 kN. Angle joint covers have the same references preceded by the letter E, i.e. EW, ELF… The number that follows indicates the width in millimeters of the joint cover.
FINISHES AND SPECIAL PIECES
Aluminium joint covers can be supplied with powder coat finish in any RAL colour on demand; please enquire. All types can be supplied with plain finish or anodised finish, cut to length and/or drilled; for quantities and conditions, please enquire.

They come in a variety of clip sizes to suit 10 mm to 120 mm joint gaps, and are available from stock in 3m lengths, in flat sections of 50 mm, 70 mm, 90 mm and 150 mm, and in angle sections of 50 mm, 70 mm and 90 mm.

JCE-PF range of joint covers is designed to protect and cover joints in the floor, but they can also be used in facades, walls and ceilings. Aesthetically pleasing, decorative and economical, they can be used indoors and outdoors. Pre-drilled and countersunk, easy to install, they are used in new constructions and in refurbishment projects, in joints from 10-mm to 500-mm wide. Available in flat sections of 90 mm, 120 mm, 140 mm, 180 mm, 210 mm and 320 mm, and in angle sections of 140 mm and 180 mm.
Installation:
They are generally used in new constructions and in refurbishment projects, indoors or outdoors, in floor joints from 10-mm to 200-mm wide. Fixed by mechanical means in one side, with suitable fasteners they can withstand non-intense traffic of light vehicles. They are fully compatible with our SPEfire C fire barrier cords and beads.

DESCRIPTION:
The JCP range of folded joint covers is designed to protect and cover joints in facades, walls, ceilings and floors. Economical, easy and quick to install, pre-drilled or plain, they are used in new constructions and in refurbishment projects, in expansion joints up to 500-mm wide, using flat or angle sections. Generally installed by mechanical means, they are drilled and countersunk in one side every 400 mm, i.e. 7 holes per 3-m bar. Flat joint covers have a W reference, whilst angle joint covers have an EW reference; this is followed by a number that indicates the visible width in millimeters of the joint cover.
Installation:
They are used in floors, walls and ceilings, indoors or outdoors, in all types of constructions, such as shopping centers, airports, stations, office buildings, hospital, residential buildings, department stores, schools, supermarkets and hypermarkets, public council buildings, leisure centers, factories… They are fully compatible with our SPEfire C fire barrier cords and beads.
COMPOSING:
The CJP range is available in flat sections (W) and angle sections (EW), in different thicknesses. Standard thicknesses range from 1.5 mm to 3 mm. It is possible to supply on request folded sections of much greater thicknesses up to 20 mm.
FINISHES AND SPECIAL PIECES
They are available in plain aluminium, anodized aluminium, powder-coated aluminium in any RAL color, galvanized steel, 304 / 316 stainless steel and brass. It is possible to drill both sides, with round holes in one side and elongated holes in the other side in order to guide and keep as it moves with the expansion and contraction, or with elongated holes in both sides. A special foam with one adhesive side can be supplied as an option to ensure water and sound proofing (see our data sheet SPEfire 111 G TWB B1).

DESCRIPTION:
The joint covers that are installed by bonding are generally used indoors in wall and floor joints under light loads. They comprise a section, in a range of thicknesses and materials, and side strips with hot-melt adhesive protected by silicone-coated paper. They can be installed easily by applying simple pressure, offering a quality finish. They are supplied in the length of 3 m as standard.
Installation:
They are widely used in wall joints, and occasionally in floor joints subjected to little traffic. They are fully compatible with our SPEfire C fire barrier cords and beads.
COMPOSING:
6060 aluminium alloy, clear anodized finish, in standard length of 3 m. Polished brass to UNI 489, 1.3 mm thickness, in standard length of 3 m. AISI 430 stainless steel to NF EN 10088-2, 1.2 mm thickness, in standard length of 3 m.
